Whether you are coming to this area as Snowbirds, flying to escape the harshness of yours, relocators, business agents or just coming to vacation in this beautiful and lush "City of Gardens", your needs will be taken care of. Even before you arrive!
This two bedroom furnished suite is centrally located in Sidney, one block from the ocean and 50 feet from the Lochside Trail, leading you on a 15 minute stroll to Sidney town centre. Largely garden areas, overflowing when at it's peak, it is a constant work (passion) in progress and is ever changing in nature, both in floral and wildlife.
The 1200 sq ft suite is spacious and open, entering into a warm and confortable living area complete with TV, satellite, stereo, DVD, VCR, books, games, and more. I even provide a phone complete with all calls, local and long-distance.

Large fully stocked kitchen:
Complete with all cooking and servingware: microwave, food processor, chopper, pressure cooker, crock pot, ice cream maker, popcorn popper, rice cooker and more. And cookbooks, of course.
The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, all bedding, side table, large dresser and closet for storage. The second bedroom comes with a pullout double sofa, very large walk-in closet and another large dresser. This can act as a bedroom, computer room, or Den for quiet times by yourself.
Both bedrooms overlook the gardens, one with a view of the Wisteria smothered Pergola which the local squirrels seem to think was built for their own personal Jungle Gym.
The bathroom has a shower as well as a large Jacuzzi tub. Just imagine........winter or summer, it is heaven to immerse in.
You supply the body in need of relaxation, I supply the towels...
Massive deck (only half of the actual size is shown in picture). Just sit back and soak up the sun on your private patio, complete with deck furniture, plants and ondeck watering system....
Spend the day bobbing about in some of the world's more raw and beautiful natural environments on a day long tour of the Gulf Islands aboard one of the small BC Ferries, or exploring in your Kayak.
If you like to hike and/or walk there are many, many trails nearby. Lochside Regional Trail passes by the suite approximately 50 feet from your front door. This trail is paved for miles and takes you directly to Sidney centre within 15 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes bike ride. Horth Hill Regional Park is a few minutes away and there is no limit to the ocean exploring and beaches you can find in almost every direction.
Hop on the bus one block up to venture off into Sidney township where you can shop for your fresh caught catch-of-the-day seafood at the Sidney Pier, serving up the ocean's finest year round. You can even take the bus into Victoria if you want to do some city sight seeing. Or venture a bit off the highway to Butchart Gardens and Brentwood Bay.
